Record Keeping Policy
Everyday Speech maintains continuing education records in secure, password-protected digital systems. Records include course information, participant completion data, evaluations, complaints and resolutions, and related administrative documentation. Access to these records is limited to authorized staff only.
Records related to continuing education activities are retained for at least four (4) years. After the required retention period, records are securely deleted or destroyed using industry-standard data protection practices.
