Use Losing Self Control

Students in middle and high school are expected to have control over their actions. We can help students learn to recognize their feelings and use strategies to calm down before they lose control. A point to think about is the older our students get, the more they are expected to have smaller reactions. This is important for students to know because it affects the way people think about them and will help them interact with others.
